“My favorite color is October” – Unknown

I love the changing of the seasons and stepping into deeper cooler side of Autumn in October. 

I created this painting after a visit to Banff, witnessing a dramatic blue-gray sky contrasted against the warm gold autumn foliage. It reminds me of the experience of both cool and warm colors and temperatures at the same time. I made it to feel bold and dramatic. I created it as part of my Seasonal Series and for a collector that needs a bold Autumn landscape feature piece in their home or office.
